Londs Reuter

Londs Reuter makes dances to examine her material—its inheritances, its possibilities, and its eventualities. She is the author of Private Inventory: One Way to Be Accountable to Your Material, a founding member of Phone Club (an audio-only gathering for artists to process), and is currently developing a practice for describing fantasy dances with Marion Storm called The Interview.

While in residence with the Ellis-Beauregard Foundation, Londs developed material for her project GOOD EFFORT which uplifts the casual math used by dancers and workers when deciding how much effort to pour into a movement, circumstance, or task and how much to keep in the tank.

She also hosted Marion Storm to prepare for an installation this fall at the Center for Performance Research in New York.
